Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital streaming subscription services provided by NexPlay do Brasil Serviços Digitais LTDA, operating under the brand names NexPlay, UniTV, and YouCine ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Description of Service

We provide digital access credentials (activation keys / login credentials) that allow users to access third-party streaming applications and content aggregators, including but not limited to UniTV and YouCine, on compatible devices. We do not host, store, or transmit any audio-visual content. We act solely as a reseller of authorized access credentials.

3. Subscription Plans & Activation

Subscriptions are sold for a fixed term (e.g., 30 days). Upon confirmation of payment, the access credentials are delivered to the email address or WhatsApp number registered during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate contact details. Activation instructions are provided with the credentials.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Accepted methods include Pix, boleto, credit/debit card, and other methods made available at checkout. All charges are billed in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

5. License & Restrictions

The access credentials are granted for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or transfer your credentials to any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if misuse is detected.

6. Availability & Interruptions

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be affected by third-party platform maintenance, internet connectivity, or force majeure events. We will provide technical support and reasonable assistance to restore access during such events.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. In general, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the access credentials have not been activated or used.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, reverse-engineer any application, distribute credentials, or engage in activity that violates the rights of third parties.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon expiration or termination of a subscription, your access credentials will cease to work.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
